No More "Bays"

Dear Vivian:
Finally, finally, finally you're no longer nursing. It was just getting so stressful. I couldn't go anywhere after work with out you whining and crying and following me around screaming "bays!" and trying to rip my shirt down. It was embarrassing, not that you were still nursing, but because you were uncontrollable. But you've been done nursing for almost 2 months now. It's nice. While you were still nursing I felt like it was normal and that you we're still a baby and now that you've stopped I can't imagine nursing you. You seem like such a big girl.
You're so girly and getting to be all independent. You love necklaces, sit right still to get your earring changed, wear shoes all the time around the house and you just love getting your nails painted! I'm soooo happy that you're as girly as you are! You just aren't a fan of headbands. You put them on, tell us to "wook it!" and then rip it off after we tell you it's pretty.

You're doing soo sooo good with potty training! I do believe we will have ditched diapers by the time you're 2! The last 3 mornings you've gotten up and told me you had to go potty and your diaper is dry! You tend to have more accidents if you're running around the house with no clothes on, which you often do.

We had another episode of hand, foot, mouth disease. A few weeks back Zander came over for a sleepover on a Saturday night and he had a bit of a low grade fever, but I chalked it up to teething. Sunday morning he still had it and you fell asleep for your nap at like 10:30-11ish, which was really odd. By the time I got home from dropping Zander off you were up and running a 101 fever! And it wouldn't go down all day with anything! It got up to 104. So I kept you home from daycare on Monday. Sent you Tuesday & Wednesday, but Wednesday afternoon I had to pick you up early because you had the rash on your hands and feet. It didn't seem to bother you nearly as much as it did last time, thank God!

Alrighty, better get back to work now!
Love you tons baby girl!
Love,
Mommy
