Dear Vivian:
I can't believe it's been a year already! You have brought so much joy to our lives. When you came into our life I was so totally oblivious to how our world would change. In the beginning it was so hectic and stressful and frustrating at times trying to balance a 2 year old along with you- this itty bitty baby that we didn't know.
But now, we know all about you and love every bit of you!
Today was your party. Everything went perfectly. I made all of your decorations...with the help of your aunts! It took me all week to make you birthday plaque and your high chair tutu. Daddy made your banner and aunt Erin and aunt Linny helped me with the paper flowers and streamer backdrop.
Today went so smoothly with your nap schedule. You're such a good napper. Teagan was and still is awful at nap time. You like your sleep though.
I think you were a little overwhelmed by all the people and stuff going on but you managed.
You really didn't like the ripping of the wrapping paper though. You cried every time. I'm not so sure it was was paper though. I think it had to do with all the other kids in your face trying to help. You got a new cell phone type toy and you were good with just that!
I love you to the moon and back. At this time last year I was just about ready to push and I never would have imagined that in just one year this is where we'd be.
We love you so much!!!
